First in a Series, on Pandemonium’s Engine

Would you be interested to learn more about transhumanism and the singularity? Earlier this week I added a News Odyssey story about a transhumanist who has begun a religious nonprofit, Way of the Future, for the blending of worship with Artificial Intelligence. How would you share your faith with this inventor?

Over the next few months I will republish a series on Pandemonium’s Engine (PE) that was originally posted during the winter of 2012 on the previous version of SisterSite, with updates.

The book’s subtitle, How the End of the Church Age, the Rise of Transhumanism, and the Coming of the Übermensch Herald Satan's Imminent and Final Assault on the Creation of God, reveals an aggressive agenda to bring Christians up to speed on this challenge to the Faith.

Published by Defender Publishing, Crane, Mo., it offers a collection of essays and articles on the Human Enhancement Revolution (HER), GRIN (genetics, robotics, artificial intelligence and nanotechnology) and current scientific efforts to alter human DNA sequencing and create new forms of life. This seems like a timely series in view of news stories like some that are posted on SistersSite’s News Odyssey.

The transhumanist movement does not regard the human being as a special creation of God, and has no problem in merging species through biotechnologies, thereby disregarding God’s kinds which evolutionists also deny.

Tom Horn, D.D., the author of Chapter One of Pandemonium’s Engine and the book's editor, can be googled or binged and you will find lots of information. Dr. Horn is currently CEO of SkyWatchTV and operates Whispering Ponies Ranch today.

Please be aware that some of the topics associated with transhumanism are spectacular and invite a variety of speakers and theological views, not all that are reputable.
